2. Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Custom-formulated or specialty products may take longer due to required review or compounding.

Shipping

We ship securely and discreetly across the U.S. via trusted carriers. Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days. Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment.

Service Access

Access to digital programs, courses, or coaching sessions is delivered via email within 24–48 business hours of purchase.


3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed, shipped, or entered into fulfillment.

Cancellations requested after this window are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the sensitive and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once processing or shipping has begun.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Peptides or other wellness products once processed or shipped

  • Digital content once accessed

  • Missed consultations or coaching calls without 24-hour notice

Exceptions may be made in the event of:

  • A damaged or incorrect product

  • Duplicate charges

  • Subscription billing errors

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any legitimate issue directly and efficiently.

Unauthorized chargebacks on fulfilled orders will be disputed with all supporting documentation provided to our payment processor.
